Savor Aloha is led by Molly Lopes. The daugther of a catering chef, you could say this work runs in her blood. She grew up catering with her mother in New Jersey, and over the years she’s developed her own ethos in the kitchen. Preparing bespoke menus, centering local produce, and creating one-of-a-kind experiences where you and your loved ones can gather around a spread of delicious food is what brought her to found Savor Aloha. And it’s what keeps her going.
